Electronics Engineering

The go to market orientation and the skills of our Electronics Engineering department allow us to accompany our customer in all phases of the development of a new product: definition of project requirements and feasibility study, electronics design, master layout development, simulations, laboratory tests and certifications.

DFM and DFT analyzes, carried out before the prototype is built, allow us to include the necessary changes already within the project.

In synergy with the hardware design department, an internal coding department – Firmware and Software – works alongside the customer until the complete realization of their product.

Fast Prototyping

To reduce the production and release times on the product market as much as possible, we have the fast prototyping service: a department entirely dedicated to the creation of assembled prototypes and mini-electronics boards.

The main equipment are Jet print, P&P and Vapor Phase, whose programming is digitally assisted for a maximum reduction of time and costs.

Through the MY Fast PCBA service, customers who oversee the engineering phases and want greater autonomy have the opportunity to create their own electronic board prototype completely online.

Boards assembly

From low-volume high-mix production to large volumes.

The SMT and THT production lines guarantee high flexibility allowing the satisfaction of high quality standards. Technical staff with high experience in production processes, plant compliance to quality requirements and complete digitalization support the achievement of maximum competitiveness.

We provide complementary services such as Conformal Coating and Potting: a department equipped with automatic and semi-automatic machines, sized to respond flexibly to various needs.

Test engineering

To ensure compliance, functionality and reliability of the products we offer different testing solutions that can be developed and implemented directly by our staff.

From the most advanced machinery for In-Circuit Tests (ICT) through “Bed of Nails” technology (bed of needles) and Flying Probes (Mobile Probes) up to the creation of custom benches and functional testing fixtures.

Box Build

Thanks to a dedicated plant of 4,000 square meters and a team of 30 people specialized in assemblies, realized in compliance with IPC standards, we offer a complete and integrated service, an advanced outsourcing formula that increases the customer’s competitiveness.

The internal skills, in terms of process and application, allow us to manage different sectoral standards and different planning models aiming to satisfy customer needs.

Cross technological skills

Thanks to a strong synergy with players in the plastic sector and a background of cross fertilization processing, our team has gained experience to support the customer in the choice of product completion processes.

We independently manage the co-molding and supply of mechanical, plastic and electromechanical parts, as well as the production of electronics boards.


We offer competitiveness-oriented solutions through our fulfillment and logistics services, ensuring full compliance with the packaging specifications provided by the customer.

We internally manage logistics and after-sales to the end customer, with a packaging customization service, shipping and logistics process.
